60 minutes - $225.00
All new patients will be seen for one hour with the doctor for a thorough history, examination, & treatment. Based on the findings during the visit, the doctor will make a recommendation for continued care or refer as necessary.
Follow Up Visit
30 minutes - $111.00
Follow up visits are offered after an individual has had a New Patient Visit & Treatment for proper assessment of their presenting condition(s). All follow up visits are with the doctor.
Follow Up Visit
45 minutes - $143.00
Follow up visits are offered after an individual has had a New Patient Visit & Treatment for proper assessment of their presenting condition(s). All follow up visits are with the doctor.
Re-Examination Visit
45 minutes or 60 minutes
Re-exam visits are for existing patients who have not been seen by the doctor in >3 months. All re-exam visits are with the doctor and length of appointment is at the doctor’s discretion.
10-Visit Package

This package is for patients that need a little more time & treatment for their presenting condition. It exists for patients looking to save money by booking 10 visits in advance. This package is offered for both 30 minute and 45 minute appointments, each varying in price. Both packages save patients $11 per visit, which equates to $110 in savings overall. This package is offered to individuals who have had a New Patient Visit & Treatment for proper assessment of their presenting condition(s). Packages expire one year from date of purchase.
5-Visit Package
