Welcome from Dr. Lisa Palmer!

As the owner of Peak & Valley Chiropractic I would like to be the first person to welcome you to the clinic. We take a modern-day chiropractic approach to health & wellness, blending adjustments with rehabilitative techniques. Our patients are active participants in their care during appointments. We believe that we can provide you with the tools to succeed while working together to achieve your goals. Let us be your coach! We are confident that we will be an asset to your health journey, ensuring that you are in the right place to receive the best care for your condition.
Here at Peak & Valley we understand that musculoskeletal health has its ups and downs. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have the tools to help you navigate the waters while you are in that “valley”. We also have the knowledge and capability to keep you moving optimally while you are on that “peak”. The human body was meant to move! It is no surprise that we incorporate functional assessments into our thorough history & examinations. Patient-centered goals & outcomes are the foundation in which we were built on. If you are ready to take the next step in your health journey, we are here to help and look forward to meeting you!
